We start with an honest discussion around your budget and expectations. From the start it is important that you feel comfortable with what you're investing into your project, so we can then design to that budget. Our design phase is done on an hourly basis which allows for a very transparent design phase that puts you in the driver's seat.
To accurately price your project, we need all the final details worked out which includes finalizing the construction drawings. In order to do this, they will include all engineering (if required), finishes, and architectural details. In addition to construction drawings, we write a detailed specification that outlines all selections and phases of the project.
Our pricing is determined before we begin construction. Our pricing is transparent and takes the mystery out of how the costs add up. We are a firm price contract, and all decisions are detailed in architectural drawings, written specifications, and payment terms.
Once all necessary permits have been acquired, we can schedule the construction to begin. We provide a schedule before we start and give you regular updates along the way.
We offer a 2-year warranty on all of our work.
